Uncle Ray fixed phones in this little shop for thirty years. Now he's fishing in Florida, and the shop is yours. So is the rent.
REPAIR WITH YOUR FINGERS
• Take out the screws, soften the glue with a heat gun, lift the screen with a suction cup.
• Unplug the battery first! Forget it and the board shorts with a spark.
• Swap cracked screens, swollen batteries and dead charging ports, then close it up, power it on and hand it back.
• Save drowned phones in the ultrasonic cleaner, laser off cracked back glass, solder a fried board.

YOU MAKE THE DIAGNOSIS
• "It won't charge": is it the port, pocket lint, or their own cable?
• "It never got wet, I swear": so why is the water sticker red?
• Original part or aftermarket? Sell aftermarket as original and they'll be back tonight, angry.
SPOT THE FAKES
• Sellers bring used phones: inflated battery health, carrier-flagged IMEIs, account locks, boxes that don't match.
• Cheap clones boot strangely; good clones hide a fake board. Weigh it, open it, plug it into the diagnostic laptop.
• Check the SIM-tray IMEI against Detective Reyes' stolen list, then call the police.
A 30-DAY STORY
• The Handover: rent day, first regulars, a repair video that goes viral.
• The Chain Next Door: MaxFix undercuts your prices. Who wins the neighborhood rating?
• The Clone Ring: Vince walks in with a box of "brand-new" phones.
• Morning choices change the story, and customers remember what you did.
GROW YOUR SHOP
• Buy broken phones, fix them after hours, sell them from your window.
• Electric screwdriver, screen separator, accessory shelf, coffee corner, a full shop makeover.
• A collection wall of old phones, and Snake on The Tank.
