A cozy wine-making sim about patience. Grow the grapes, pick the harvest at its peak, make the wine, then decide which bottles to sell now and which to hold until they are worth more.
Run a working vineyard month by month. Prune in winter, manage water and canopy through summer, fight disease and watch every block ripen. Then comes the hardest call of the year: pick now, or wait a month for riper fruit and risk the weather. Every option shows the wine it will make before you choose.
At the winery, choose a fermentation (cool and safe, warm to bring out the grape, or wild yeast: a gamble that can make your best wine or your worst) and a vessel: stainless steel, oak or concrete. Plant a second grape and blend the two.

Then the patience part. Wines in oak and concrete gain value as they age, but storage is billed every month, and cash in the cellar is cash you cannot spend. For every wine you see what it sells for today and what it would bring after another year, so you choose what to hold.
Age-worthy reds earn a bigger bonus from premium buyers after 24 months.
Sell to four buyers, from the local wine shop to international distributors. Reputation opens the better ones. Each year's summary names what held your vintage back, and your campaign ends with every vintage you made laid out on a barrel rack.
