Deliver on the front office's target or get fired. Players age, retire and walk in free agency, so the rebuild never really ends.

I just have one request regarding the Player Career. Could you please add a High School Career, College Career, Draft Night, and then the NBA Career?
I really like this game to pass the time. but my 1 thing is my highest ovr I ever got was 90 it would be better if we could upgrade our player more and make the teams…
